Depending on the power of the motors of each model, the top speed is different, around 25-35 km/h. This is a high speed on a skateboard so you should always attend to the advice and recommendations on safety.
Electronic products have a two-year guarantee for manufacturing defects in the EU. The warranty does not cover damages for use.
We recommend using a helmet whenever possible, especially on public roads. We also recommend using other safety elements such as wrist straps, elbow pads and knee pads.
It depends a lot on the model’s battery, the weight of the load, inclination and type of floor, but a charge of the battery gives normally 20-25km range with regular speed.
The WINboard charger has a LEDs indicator that will be red during charging and turn green once the battery is fully charged.
If the battery is completely discharged, our tests at normal room temperature have shown a recharge time of approximately 3-4 hours. Although the charger has an overload protection function, it is not advisable to leave it connected once the charge has been completed. Also, do not let the battery discharge completely. It is convenient to charge the battery every time it is used and at least once a month even if it is not going to be used for a long period of time.
The limit that we suggest is 120 Kg. Performance will not change much in flat terrain, but heavier riders will record less acceleration and top speed.
It depends to a large extent on the user, the terrain conditions, and the way in which it is handled. But in most cases it is in a few seconds time. It is not convenient to ride at full speed for long periods of time.
